WHAT IS ENERGY THERAPY?

We are surrounded by an incredibly lively universe that is made up of energy. It has its own individuality, its own characteristics, but made up of the same basic vibrational material, atoms and molecules.

From a Bio-Energy & Reiki point of view, all living things has an energy field that is central to its health and proper functioning, and this energy travels in certain pathways. Disease begins when there is a disturbance to the flow of energy along the pathways. The idea then is to clear energy blockages and to create a clear pathway for the energy to flow. Therefore, assisting the body to rebalance and help repair itself.

This universal energy is channelled through me, which then flows through my hands and out to you. This is a full-body therapy.

THE TREATMENT

This therapy can be performed on human's and animal's

A session lasts roughly an hour. I will apply various applications and techniques at the place of discomfort then continue to work along the energy centres of the body. The amount of energy absorbed by the recipient always depends on their needs, though it may take initially 5 treatments for the body to open to receive this healing energy.
